Requirements
- Team Member (TM) MUST have one year of service with TRU.
- TM MUST have no written disciplinary action in last 6 months.
- TM MUST have a good attendance record.
- TM MUST have good communication skills (verbal and written).
Responsibilities
- Ensures team members have the necessary tools to achieve daily, weekly, monthly production goals and complete necessary paperwork.
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity. Has a strong work ethic. Displays a great attitude and models team-work.
- Has the ability to lead, guide, direct, coach team members from various backgrounds, cultures and personalities.
- Work hand in hand with Department Area Coordinator/Area Leader, other TM’s and leaders from other departments and Management for the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
- Other duties as assigned.
