Requirements
- Experience in coordinating TV buying, both Network and Cable (National & Local), preferably within a Media agency setting
- Proficiency in TV planning and analysis tools, along with experience using buy management software such as EAS or MediaOcean
- Solid working experience with Powerpoint and Excel, enabling you to create compelling presentations and manage data effectively
- Having worked with pharma clients
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating cable and TV daily network information within Mediaocean
- Managing the TV planning cost database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Overseeing TV orders, post-buy reports, stewardship tasks, and traffic management
- Maintaining traffic-related information and managing creative pattern rotation within Mediaocean
- Providing weekly reports to the partner creative agency to keep them informed of campaign progress
- Tracking media spending to ensure alignment with agency and client budgets
- Collaborating effectively with various agency departments to streamline processes and facilitate successful campaigns
