Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education from College or Technical school
- 10 or more years of related experience and/or training
- Strong Project Management experience
- Proven experience managing and optimizing franchise operations and driving system-wide improvements in a multi-location business
- Strong understanding of franchise systems, operations, and financials
- In-depth knowledge of franchise laws, industry trends, and best practices in operations and compliance
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office products and scheduling programs
- Willing to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to grow and optimize the Franchise system
- Oversee franchise operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service to improve profitability
- Build strong relationships, share best practices to support and educate on operational strategies
- Lead and develop training program to equip franchisees and staff with skills and knowledge needed
- Monitor financial performance, identify opportunities for cost saving and drive initiatives to increase revenue and profitability for franchisees
- Provide regular reports to executive leadership and franchisees, offering insights for improvement
- Resolve any challenges, disputes or issues that may arise ensuring a prompt and effective response
