Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology, or a related field from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
- 3-5 years of related professional experience within merchant services and credit card administration and PCI-DSS
- 3-5 years of customer service experience and success in managing projects and teams
Responsibilities
- Managing, monitoring, and enhancing the universities’ merchant services operation and compliance efforts (PCI-DSS and related regulatory requirements)
- Leading internal and external audits
- Collaborating across internal and external teams to maintain a secure and compliant payment processing environment
- Establishing and maintaining the institution’s PCI-DSS compliance strategies ensuring that it aligns with institutional goals and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Any experience with merchant services and credit card administration and PCI-DSS compliance in higher education.
- Any experience in higher education.
- Any experience in banking and accounting.
- Any experience in TouchNet Marketplace uStore and uPay.
