Requirements
- 10+ years of Enterprise sales experience with Enterprise SaaS and Enterprise UCaaS companies
- Have a successful track record in Enterprise Sales Management
- Possess a strong knowledge of UCaaS technologies & competitive landscape
- Experience evangelizing collaboration solutions or services
- Experience prospecting, closing and relationship management skills
- Able to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate high-performing organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple business demands and deliver on time
- Able to travel nationwide as needed

- Shaping and executing the growth strategy to accelerate Zoom’s revenue in market
- Aggressively managing talent to ensure we have a world class sales organization
- Continuously leveling-up the team through skills based coaching
- Identifying opportunities & solutions to improve sales efficiency
- Developing and maintaining relationships with executive level decision makers
- Collaborating internally with cross functional teams
- Presenting the Zoom value proposition to customers
- Guiding sales team on best practices of closing large complex deals
- Focusing on improving market coverage, increasing market share and growing revenue
- Providing accurate and timely forecasts via Salesforce
