Requirements

Responsibilities
- Learn WCAG 2.1 AA and internal accessibility procedures
- Apply accessibility procedures to digital experiences at all phases of web and app development, including discovery, design, engineering, testing and regression
- Use assistive technologies to test all experiences for accessibility gaps prior to them going live
- Work with product, technology, and design teams
- Rotate through all customer and employee facing workstreams
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) preferred
- Exposure to working with assistive technologies preferred
- Comfort working within a software development life cycle preferred
- Understanding of Agile methodology is a plus
- Interest or experience in working with UX Design, UX research, Engineering or Product is a plus
