UX Designer

5+ years of experience in UX and visual design, creating best-in-class digital experiences
Expertise in designing task flows, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for responsive web and mobile applications, applying design system guidelines when appropriate
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy in digital design
Ability to translate user research, business needs, and creative direction into polished, high-quality designs
Familiarity with user research methodologies and using analytics to inform design improvements
Working knowledge of the latest accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and how to apply them in digital experiences
Experience collaborating closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development to enhance collaboration with developers
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban workflows and managing tasks in JIRA
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and masterfully articulate design decisions to stakeholders
Willingness to support additional visual design projects, including digital marketing assets and branding initiatives, as needed

Crafting intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences across Verisign’s marketing websites, web applications and internal enterprise tools
Designing and refining digital experiences—everything from concepting, low-fidelity wireframing, and rapid prototyping, to designing high-fidelity mockups with specifications for handoff to development partners
Supporting broader creative initiatives, including digital marketing, web publishing, advertising and production projects and tasks

Experience with branding, logo design, and maintaining design systems
Motion design and video editing skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lottie, or similar tools
Experience working with A/B testing and data-driven design optimizations
