Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on data visualization and SaaS applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user research, and usability testing
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- A portfolio showcasing your experience in designing large-scale data visualization and SaaS applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze data and create user personas, user journeys, and user flow diagrams to inform design decisions.
- Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for large-scale data visualization and SaaS applications.
- Use tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure to create interactive prototypes and test user interactions.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the application.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
- Communicate design concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and user feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
- Refine designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in data visualization and SaaS applications.
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and online courses to expand knowledge and skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Front-end Development Skills: Basic understanding of front-end development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Data Analysis Skills: Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, including data visualization, statistics, and data storytelling.
