Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2+ years of experience OR
- Master’s degree in engineering with 0+ years of experience OR
- JD/PhD
- Must be a US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical program management and engineering efforts for AE 2100, AE 1107 and AE 3007 defense projects.
- Coordinate the technical activities of a multi-functional team that delivers engineering solutions for design/configuration changes and resolutions to production and fleet investigations.
- Lead qualification activities for AE 3007N engine program in support of the Boeing MQ-25 Stingray.
- Lead AE defense engineering projects and develop/communicate the plan and budget for delivering such improvements to cost and schedule.
- Represent the engine program in technical meetings with customers, operators, and airworthiness authorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good communication, presentation skills and an ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience in business case development and project management
- Demonstrated project planning and management experience and ability to work without supervision on a multifunctional engineering project team
- Experience interfacing with customers on technical program issues
