Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency in CMMS
Responsibilities
- Manage 3rd party vendors to drive high-level service output by reviewing and analyzing KPIs and SLAs defined in the scope of work (SOW)
- Follow Vendor Management COE guidelines and properly track all documentation between the company and vendors
- Resolve vendor escalations quickly and efficiently, implementing action plans where necessary to improve performance
- Collaborate with FM, Business Intelligence, and other Center of Excellence teams to support platform, region, account, and client goals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools to enhance service delivery
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process re-engineering
- Understand operations for all IFM Vendors under VM COE management
- Ensure proper reporting tools are in place to effectively manage vendor performance
- Monitor vendor contract terms and conditions adherence, as well as invoice compliance
- Contribute to vendor performance assessments via Scorecards, Business Intelligence, QBRs, and Performance Improvement Action Plans
- Execute day-to-day routines with excellence and prioritize delivering a positive customer experience
