Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in vendor management
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency in CMMS

Responsibilities

  • Manage 3rd party vendors to drive high-level service output by reviewing and analyzing KPIs and SLAs defined in the scope of work (SOW)
  • Follow Vendor Management COE guidelines and properly track all documentation between the company and vendors
  • Resolve vendor escalations quickly and efficiently, implementing action plans where necessary to improve performance
  • Collaborate with FM, Business Intelligence, and other Center of Excellence teams to support platform, region, account, and client goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools to enhance service delivery
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process re-engineering
  • Understand operations for all IFM Vendors under VM COE management
  • Ensure proper reporting tools are in place to effectively manage vendor performance
  • Monitor vendor contract terms and conditions adherence, as well as invoice compliance
  • Contribute to vendor performance assessments via Scorecards, Business Intelligence, QBRs, and Performance Improvement Action Plans
  • Execute day-to-day routines with excellence and prioritize delivering a positive customer experience
