Requirements
- Entering Senior Year of Undergraduate School or pursuing a Master’s degree or MBA
- Degree in Information Technology and/or Business-related field
- Interests in pursuing a career in information technology, project management, or life sciences operations
- Experience with MS Office applications (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Project, Visio, etc)
- Planning and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, now and in the future
- Candidate must be enrolled in an advanced degree program if graduating before July 2025
- Candidate must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week from July – December 2025
Responsibilities
- Support the activation team with the rollout of new technologies to our global commercial hospital partners.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of federated login functionality in the US and Canada.
- Partner with cybersecurity and 3rd party vendors to assist in completing industry cybersecurity certificates.
- Support the development and implementation of operational KPIs for the Commercial, Patient and External Affairs Technology team.
- Prepare presentation decks and documents to support key meetings.
- Assist in maintaining project plans and status reports.
Preferred Qualifications
