Requirements
- Comfortable in all aspects of veterinary patient care, from basic patient restraint to advanced anesthesia and surgical cases
- Ability to provide quality care and excellent customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to translate management’s vision into clear, concise actions
- Experience in managing personnel in the technician work group
Responsibilities
- Divide time between on-the-floor technician duties and leadership role
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to training needs, inventory adjustments, or personnel management
- Guide technician staff to meet performance standards
- Develop relationships with other clinic members to support team coexistence and cohesiveness

- Experience in surgical and dental assistance
