Responsibilities
- Divides time between on-the-floor technician duties and leadership role
- Identifies training needs and makes inventory adjustments
- Manages personnel in the technician work group
- Guides technician staff to meet performance standards

- Experience in surgical and dental assistance
- Experience in pharmacy
- Experience in laboratory and radiology
- Experience in routine medical care
