Requirements

  • Career heritage of analytical, quantitatively-oriented marketing and growth/revenue leadership roles with proven results
  • Experience in scaling businesses, particularly in fast-growing or competitive industries
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, digital marketing, multi-modal attribution, and customer experience and lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of advertising constraints and landscape in regulatory environments
  • Ability to align multiple business functions toward common growth objectives
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Deep curiosity and experience with AI that goes beyond ChatGPT and image models: conceptualize more complex use cases to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Have an ability, and willingness, to dive deep into the areas under your purview that can unlock the most impact
  • Have a keen understanding of drivers of success in key acquisition and customer engagement channels
  • Expertise in lead generation for high-ticket items, optimizing for ROAS or LTV / CAC, not merely CPL
  • Experience working with product, technology, and sales teams to optimize conversion performance and customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement short-term and long-term strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability through full funnel marketing, in digital and non-digital channels, from a deeply quantitative lens of performance and growth
  • Constantly link to supply & capacity side of the business, and get ahead of seasonal cycles as well as clinics expansion in North America and Internationally
  • Preserve and reinforce our proven track record of highly efficient blended CAC across our brand while meeting/exceeding our revenue targets
  • Increase the depth and sophistication of our targeting, audiences, while increasing the overall awareness reach of our brand
  • Continuously work with Design on a feedback loop to create creative asset “machines” that are data-informed and brand-aligned, and constantly differentiated in a space that is increasingly competitive and noisy
  • Remain agile and adaptive to changing business priorities and general industry and economic factors
  • Develop initiatives to attract new customers while enhancing retention and lifetime value
  • Continue evolving email as a performance channel, in addition to ongoing engagement and delivery of value to our patients
  • Work across various audiences from consumer, and increasingly healthcare providers, to enterprise audiences
  • Develop and evolve a diversified portfolio of paid media channels with regular assessment of spend allocation and ROI
  • Manage the media portfolio with a balanced eye toward increasing brand awareness while also meeting conversion and revenue targets
  • Integrate emerging technologies and innovative approaches to enhance customer engagement and competitive advantage
  • Leverage analytics, market research, and performance metrics to guide your strategies
  • Evolve the sophistication of our conversion tracking, and campaign and channel attribution; test and leverage AI tools where most relevant
  • Implement multi-modal attribution models where applicable
  • Work with internal product and data teams on infrastructure evolution, reporting, and insights generation
  • Deliver regular senior leadership reporting on acquisition and lifecycle KPIs and targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred: comfort with SQL and / or Python
  • Strong bonus but not required: you have done all of the above in a healthcare environment
