Requirements
- 5+ years of Investment Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Responsibilities
- Execute capital markets and M&A transactions for our corporate clients
- Present complex ideas and analyses to internal and external parties
- Generate strategic content, including industry analysis and product-specific concepts
- Coordinate deliverables with coverage team and internal product partners
- Manage day-to-day project workflows
- Develop junior talent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in energy sectors
- Company or asset sellside and buyside experience
- Acquisition financing experience
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
