Requirements
- 5+ years of Investment Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Responsibilities
- Independently working with clients and handling complex transactions
- Involvement in the origination, structuring, and execution of Corporate and Investment Banking products and services for existing clients and prospects
- Assisting in delivering the full range of products and services to clients through formulating financial strategy and policy with clients at the executive management level
- Managing client relationships and executing mandated assignments in public and private equity, M&A, loan and high yield and convertible securities transactions
Preferred Qualifications
- Investment banking experience
- Business and Tech Services experience within TMT
- Knowledge and understanding of M&A: public and private; origination and execution
- Knowledge and understanding of capital markets: debt and equity; origination and execution
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical, modelling and valuation skills
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- A Master’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics
