Vice President of Finance

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
CPA or CFA certification highly desirable.
Proven track record of at least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a 5 year minimum senior leadership role (VP+) in a large company of $500 mill+ revenue.
Extensive knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
High integrity, ethical standards, and a commitment to upholding the highest levels of professionalism.

Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to provide insights into the company’s financial performance and future outlook.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Identify and assess financial risks and implement appropriate strategies to mitigate them. Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Manage cash flow, investments, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and maximize returns on surplus funds.
Evaluate capital allocation decisions, including investments, acquisitions, and divestitures, to support long-term growth and shareholder value creation.
Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribution to the organization.
