Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Education, related field or equivalent work experience. Advanced degrees in above fields or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Learning and Talent leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
- At least 10 years of senior management experience in Learning and Talent leadership roles, demonstrating a progressive track record of responsibility and impact.
- Experience within the business consulting or BPO industry is preferred, demonstrating the ability to apply talent strategies within complex business environments.
- Proven knowledge and experience in talent management, learning and leadership development, organizational dynamics, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits strategies.
- Experience designing and executing executive development programs, including succession planning, coaching, and mentorship initiatives for senior leaders.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing pay-for-performance models and performance management processes to maximize employee potential.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align talent development and organizational goals. Experience in driving business transformation and managing organizational change effectively.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and provide data-driven, fact-based solutions with speed and confidence.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive and senior leadership, tailoring messages to diverse audiences and influencing key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong track record of collaboration and building relationships at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic vision to cultivate a high-performing, future-ready workforce that supports Armanino’s firmwide growth, innovation, and organizational excellence.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, enterprise-wide learning strategy that positions Armanino as a leader in delivering exceptional client services.
- Collaborate with Business Units and the Growth Office to create innovative learning and leadership development programs that drive business impact and operational excellence.
- Design multi-tiered leadership development curricula to prepare the next generation of leaders for critical roles within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with global, federal, state, and local learning and certification requirements, aligning programs with regulatory standards.
- Develop the curriculum to incorporate learning and education on the evolving tools and technology used in client delivery and internal business deliverables (e.g. Analytics, AI, and sophisticated business models).
- Harness advanced technologies, including AI and analytics, to enhance scalability, engagement, and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Lead the Talent Management function to deliver high-impact programs aligned with business needs, fostering career progression and employee engagement at all levels.
- Oversee the evolution of job architecture, ensuring role levels, competencies, and compensation structures align with the firm’s growth objectives, firmwide priorities and client needs.
- Drive executive succession planning and talent readiness, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline to support long-term organizational success.
- Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into all talent initiatives, advancing a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and performance.
- Design and implement workforce initiatives tailored to scaling operations in a fast-paced private equity environment, with a focus on agility, efficiency, and alignment to business objectives.
- Continuously assess and refine employee benefits, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational goals to attract and retain top talent.
- Define and measure People KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive accountability across the organization.
- Develop sophisticated analytics and dashboard capabilities to track outcomes in learning, talent development, and rewards programs, providing real-time insights for executive decision-making.
- Leverage data and predictive analytics to inform talent strategies, optimize initiatives, and address emerging workforce challenges proactively.
- Achieve all key performance metrics across Learning, Talent and Total Rewards functions.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and strategic impact.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, providing guidance on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent priorities.
- Oversee partnerships with external vendors and thought leaders, integrating best practices and innovative solutions to augment internal capabilities.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability, ensuring alignment with Armanino’s vision and the unique demands of scaling in a private equity environment.
- Pursue and achieve a high degree of internal customer service satisfaction.
