Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with at least 4+ in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in B2B2C or partner-driven environments.
  • Deep expertise in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM platforms, and performance marketing. Experience owning enterprise B2B and brand Marketing is a plus.
  • Highly analytical and metrics-oriented with a passion for customer behavior and experimentation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience scaling and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing strategy and execution for all B2B marketing and B2B2C campaigns across email, digital, customer lifecycle, and CRM.
  • Oversee the customer journey across channels, ensuring consistency, personalization, and performance optimization.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a data-driven, test-and-learn culture.
  • Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that increase activation, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to build robust segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Develop marketing plans tailored to our partner channels and work closely with external partners to optimize our marketing efforts.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting cadences for visibility across marketing performance.
  • Shape brand voice and positioning, ensuring consistency across touchpoints while driving relevance in partner-driven funnels.
