Requirements
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years of product management experience at a leadership level, including at least 3 years running a product with a proven impact to a P&L within a large organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling data and tech products.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; excellent communication and leadership abilities; proven track record of successful product launches.
- Deep understanding of our industry and market, with the ability to anticipate trends and adapt quickly to changing conditions.
- Familiarity with product development processes and technologies; ability to work closely with engineering teams to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the UPS Digital’s objectives and growth goals.
- Shape and lead thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the ever-changing competitive landscape.
- Leverage exceptional problem-solving skills to solve customer needs and use analytics to drive product decisions.
- Formulate clear and coherent business cases to practically assess optimum product investment options.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative products that deliver exceptional user experiences and drive new revenue streams.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resource availability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, technology, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product improvements.
- Establish and track key product performance metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and ensure our products exceed their expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous start-up experience is highly attractive.
- Knowledge of Lean Agile and SaFE will be strongly preferred.
