Requirements
- Proven track record of leading sales teams through significant change, from shifting cultural mindsets to driving results in complex, multi-product environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable sales processes, coaching programs, and incentive plans that align team behavior with company goals.
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline performance.
- Ability to partner effectively with Finance to build compensation plans and manage budgets in a way that supports growth while maintaining profitability.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the shift from a service-oriented team culture to a conversion-focused and margin-focused sales organization that delivers measurable results across key metrics.
- Build a sales motion that supports multiple product offerings across multiple audiences.
- Partner with Finance to develop scalable, responsible compensation structures that attract, reward, and retain top-performing sales talent while aligning incentives with business goals.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of sales leaders and front-line sellers who excel in closing deals, driving margin, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Evaluate and implement new sales channels, including third-party partnerships, to manage seasonal volume cycles and reduce team costs without compromising performance.
- Work closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment across teams, sales integration in tech, processes, and objectives, and drive initiatives that improve sales effectiveness, customer experience, and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics—conversion rates, unit margins, customer satisfaction—and use insights to optimize sales strategies and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in real estate, technology-enabled services, or multi-product sales environments.
- Experience leading large, distributed teams and scaling operations across multiple markets.
- Proven success in designing and managing complex incentive compensation plans.
- Experience with third-party sales support models or outsourcing solutions to manage volume variability.
