• You have existing Core expertise to deliver strong product and business outcomes, with dynamically larger scope in scale and team development
• A deep understanding of sophisticated strategies and implementation with product adoption
• Navigate within a matrixed organization, working through and across multiple teams, functions, and structures
• Exceptional executive presence to influence others, from senior executives/C-staff to individual Growth practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Build experiences & products for people utilizing our Core Data and Analytics
• Define and drive the strategic direction and product roadmaps and spearhead product-led strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of Core product managers to drive excellence and execution focused on Analytics and Data
• Partner with your fellow product leaders across the product organization and evangelize and drive a Core product direction
• Maintain and drive the experimentation development process
• Identify, optimize, and discover new loops across acquisition and engagement
• Collaborate closely with your product business counterparts and represent the Core business in leadership settings and presentations.
