Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in product marketing for growing, industry-leading technology companies.
  • Exceptionally strong expertise in product positioning, messaging frameworks, persona development, and sales enablement.
  • Experience in optimizing pricing and packaging strategies for B2B technology companies in a competitive market.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Product Marketing team.
  • Executive communication skills and presentation ability with experience leading and influencing across multiple teams. A strong relationship and consensus builder who can deal with ambiguity.
  • A data-driven, strategic mindset, with a passion for the product marketing discipline, market research, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine core positioning and messaging for the HireVue platform to differentiate us among a competitive talent technology landscape and a growing list of competing HR technology priorities.
  • Develop customer-centric storytelling that speaks to Talent Acquisition, HR and business leaders, ensuring consistent messaging across all of our teams and channels.
  • Own and evolve HireVue’s customer personas, ensuring deep insights into buyer needs, pain points, and decision-making drivers.
  • Partner with the Brand and Communications teams to build content that drives thought leadership, market influence and industry message. Partner on analyst and influencer strategies.
  • Optimize and evolve our pricing and packaging strategy to drive growth and profitability with a focus on simplification and ease of purchase.
  • Work with Finance and Product teams to analyze pricing effectiveness of current and new products and adjust based on customer insights and business goals.
  • Lead the gathering and synthesizing competitive intelligence, ensuring that insights are easily consumable and readily available for go-to-market and product teams to effectively differentiate HireVue’s offerings.
  • Maintain a pulse on market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies, driving informed strategic decisions.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to assist with the design and execution of sales enablement programs, equipping sales teams with training, content, and tools to drive pipeline and close deals.
  • Develop customer-centric sales narratives, battlecards, pitch decks, and competitive positioning frameworks to increase wins.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Ops and Sales Leadership to measure impact and optimize enablement strategies.
  • Partner closely with the Chief Product Officer and Product Management team to ensure market-driven product strategy.
  • Provide input into product roadmap decisions with deep market and customer insights, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work with Demand Generation and Field Marketing to build messaging and on product-focused campaigns that drive demand and pipeline and close deals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Tech, Talent Acquisition, or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a plus, but not necessary.
