Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in sales, revenue operations, or enablement with a focus on B2B sales environments, including leadership experience.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and value realization within large, complex organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership to align sales and enablement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and advancing the organization’s revenue strategy, focusing on optimizing revenue generation through effective enablement programs and strategic value management.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure the alignment of revenue generation strategies and the creation of significant, measurable value for customers.
- Drive performance improvement, sales excellence, and value realization across the organization.
