Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, data analytics, and media insights – at agencies, platforms, or marketing-tech organizations
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or personal care category is highly valued
- 5+ years managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Fluent in social, digital, and influencer analytics tools (e.g. CreatorIQ, Tubular, NetBase, Talkwalker, Meta/YouTube/TikTok dashboards, etc.)
- Must be physically based within commuting distance of NYC
Responsibilities
- Help to define and evolve the strategy and analytics vision for the team, establishing methodologies that tie creator-led work directly to business impact
- Translate performance data, cultural signals, and audience behaviors into strategic recommendations, creative briefs, and platform-specific activations
- Guide the team in turning data into clear narratives that move clients from insight to action
- Identify trends and opportunities using social listening, platform analytics, audience segmentation, and campaign benchmarking
- Shape campaign strategy grounded in behavioral insights, platform dynamics, and performance data
- Ensure creator strategies ladder to audience insights, content trends, and performance metrics driving brand goals
- Collaborate with Creative Strategy to develop insight-led territories, storytelling frameworks, and content approaches
- Build scale best practices for campaign measurement, real-time reporting, and post-campaign insights that drive optimization
- Partner with Client Services to evolve how we frame success for our brands
- Help operationalize analytics across teams through tools, dashboards, and process innovation
- Lead and mentor a team across strategy, analytics, and insights – setting high standards for rigor, creativity, and execution
- Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior clients, translating data into direction and opportunity
- Bridge the gap between strategy, creative, and creator, ensuring insights fuel every state of a campaign and are driving everything we do for our brands
- Support key initiatives, pitches, and innovation planning that showcase the power of data-driven influence
