Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in video production, media, communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in video production, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proficient in video production software and equipment, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Strong creative and technical skills in video storytelling, editing, graphics, animation, sound, and lighting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with the C-suite team, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about video and media and up to date with the latest trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire video production process from pre-production to post-production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, graphics, animation, sound, and distribution.
  • Supervise and mentor video team members, editors, and freelancers and provide feedback and guidance on their work.
  • Collaborate with clients, brand directors, and other departments to understand the project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Create and manage video production budgets, schedules, and resources and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain video production standards, policies, and procedures and ensure compliance with legal and ethical requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of video content and provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
