Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1+ years of prior relevant guest service experience
- 1+ years of prior relevant Hospitality experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience in a similar resort setting
Responsibilities
- Assist guests by answering inquiries, making reservations, and confirming the delivery of special requests and amenities.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient VIP check-in and check-out process while fostering strong relationships between the property and its valued guests.
- Coordinate with casino hosts to reconcile guest bills, including charges for food, beverages, and entertainment.
- Process payments accurately by posting charges and credits, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining balance in accordance with property cash-handling procedures.
- Execute VIP lounge opening procedures, including running Opera reports for arrival and departure details and assigning rooms for VIP guests.
- Perform VIP lounge closing procedures, ensuring room assignments are completed, amenities are delivered, keys are provided to the front desk, next-day arrival reports are generated, phones are forwarded, and the lounge is securely locked.
