Visual Content Designer & Enablement Specialist

3+ years of experience in training development, project management, or sales enablement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
Proficient in design software and tools for creating slide decks and enablement materials.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders to complete projects with speed and accuracy.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.

Create and edit visually engaging, high-quality slide decks that support presentations and enhance enablement materials.
Develop sales materials and enablement tools for internal sales teams and external banking partners.
Work with the training team and organizational experts to develop effective training curriculums for both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the FISPAN AI Committee to develop new AI use cases and explore strategies for scalability and efficiency.
Work with the Business Transformation team to create automations and improve processes across the organization.
Help create and edit videos for enablement and marketing purposes.

Preference given to candidates with interest or experience in Financial Technology, Banking, ERPs, or B2B Businesses.
Experience with video editing, AI technology, or automation is a plus.
