Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree OR two (2) years equivalent experience for Volume Management Rep II
- Bachelor’s Degree OR five (5) years equivalent experience for Volume Management Rep III
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
- Proficient knowledge of Gas Kit, ClearSCADA and FlowCal platforms
- Knowledge of the energy industry
Responsibilities
- Interacts and communicates with external/internal partners to monitor nominations, flowing gas, imbalance positions, contract compliance and other key factors
- Monitors and analyzes data to identify discrepancies, communicate with company partners to identify resolutions
- Reconciliation of nominations with flow data on various levels (system, constraint points and agreement)
- Provides accurate and timely reports
- Maintains accurate desktop procedures for assigned customers and assets
- Mentors other team members to help develop business knowledge
- Provides training to ensure successful business execution and to promote individual employee growth and development
- Performs scheduling duties and assignments such as validation of data, successful completion of all internal processes, distribute reports and meet public posting requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience calculating, summarizing, and analyzing data using PivotTables preferred
