Requirements
- Proven track record in closing high-value solution sales within complex performance media environments, with deal sizes ranging from $5 million to $100 million.
- Deep knowledge of digital media and performance marketing technologies, along with substantial experience in the key sectors and experience penetrating new verticals from scratch.
- Demonstrable success in selling to and fostering credible relationships at the SVP/C-suite level, as well as across various organizational layers and multiple internal stakeholders.
- Highly professional client-facing skills, with the ability to present as polished, articulate, and credible in both business and social settings.
- Must have a thorough understanding of client businesses and needs.
- Demonstrate a naturally curious and entrepreneurial approach, combining conceptual thinking with attention to detail to identify new revenue opportunities and effectively collaborate with internal teams. Must be able to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business development strategy for Rokt’s key strategic advertisers, including setting revenue targets, driving growth, and forecasting quarterly outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product teams to build new solutions tailored to meet customer needs and drive measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and optimize data-driven marketing strategies across various digital channels (including PPC, SEO, email, and social media) to drive measurable results, enhance customer acquisition, and maximize ROI.
- Target and deepen relationships with 10-15 of Rokt’s top 100 high-value strategic accounts, which are expected to generate between $5-100 million in annual value.
- Identify and engage the highest level stakeholders within these organizations, including buyers, decision-makers, influencers, and champions.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales, customer success, solutions and analytics professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales goals.
- Establish and maintain robust multi-level corporate relationships, employing strategies such as executive briefings and meetings to gain deep insights into the customer’s business environment, industry trends, market dynamics, and organizational structure.
- Work closely with the executive team, our GTM leadership team, and Industry Vertical VPs to ensure top-notch execution and results.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
