Requirements
- Extensive experience in construction, development, entitlements and real estate, particularly within the QSR industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to balance operational excellence with innovation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required within the region. Expect 20-25% travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction, development, and service support programs across the region.
- Ensure programmatic alignment with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee regional construction and development projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
- Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Manage regional service support teams and activities.
- Implement and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously improve service delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional client representatives.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
- Regularly meet with client counterparts to discuss program progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Lead the implementation of new technologies or methodologies within the region.
- Lead and mentor regional program teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-focused service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support the professional development of team members.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on program status, risks, and achievements.
- Develop and present comprehensive program reports and analytics.
- Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders.
- Manage regional program budgets and resources.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and client value.
- Forecast future resource needs and make recommendations for scaling.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Work closely with other regional leads, central teams, and support functions.
- Participate in cross-regional initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the development of company-wide best practices.
