Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture)
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry
- Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients’ goals and expectations
- Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to optimize project outcomes
- Foster a climate of inclusivity and belonging, supporting each other’s wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with the business development team to drive growth and expand client relationships
- Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings
- Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and successfully execute projects across all elements of the PDS platform
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management)
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma)
- Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies
- Proven experience in business development and successfully securing new project opportunities
- Ability to travel as needed
