Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a strong background in end-user computing and collaboration technologies.
- Proven track record in IT service management (ITSM) and end-user support strategies.
- Expertise in modern workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security, identity & access management, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Experience in leading global, distributed teams and managing IT operations at scale.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive change, influence decision-making, and foster a culture of innovation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive end-user technology strategy to enhance workforce productivity and collaboration.
- Oversee desktop, mobile, and virtual computing environments, ensuring scalability, security, and user experience excellence.
- Lead and manage global IT support teams, driving IT service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Define and implement standards for hardware, software, and digital workplace tools to streamline operations.
- Drive innovation in collaboration technologies, including unified communications, enterprise messaging, and remote work solutions.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices for end-user technology, working closely with the security team.
- Optimize device lifecycle management, procurement, and cost-effective solutions for end-user computing.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and technologies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align end-user technology initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor partnerships to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure all IT infrastructure complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with financial services and/or mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
