Requirements
- 15+ years of experience creating and building differentiated relationships with retailers.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Experience defining strategy and scaling new businesses.
- Digital media and retail expertise required
- Experience with contracts and vendor negotiations.
- Proven communication, questioning and listening skills in formal and informal settings.
- Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to build excellent rapport with internal (Legal, Technical, Finance, Product, GTM) and external stakeholders; strong teamwork is a must.
- Must be comfortable with complexity and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction; demonstrated use of critical thinking techniques.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive relationships at strategic retail data partners.
- Partner with Product and Commercial teams to develop a global retail data strategy and roadmap.
- Lead a high-performing team focused on retail data solutions and partnerships.
- Act as executive sponsor of strategic partnerships.
- Evangelize the TTD retail story in market with adtech partners, brand and agency executives.
- Drive adoption of retail solutions in partnerships with commercial leadership.
- Maintain regular communications and checkpoints with management to report on status and future opportunities.
- Facilitate communication internally and externally related to partnerships (demands, strategies, roadmaps, operational requirements, etc.).
- Champion the partnership experience while balancing with advertiser needs.
