Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in insurance product development at an insurance carrier or wholesaler that is property and casualty focused
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an insurance setting
- Extensive knowledge of statistics, rating, underwriting, quantitative analysis, form development, filings, compliance, etc.

- Build the products that make us the best landlord insurance company in the world, while delivering excellent loss ratios
- Assist in the development of both short and long term product strategy by collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders
- Drive mind blowing sophistication in pricing and risk selection across our various product offerings
- Monitor profitability and competitiveness performance across all markets
- Lead, coach and manage a team of outstanding insurance product professionals
- Work closely with underwriting, claims, product, actuarial, and finance to ensure profitability and an overall excellent experience for customers
Preferred Qualifications
- CPCU
- MS in Statistics or Analytics
- Some actuarial exams passed
