Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Maths, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven success in full-lifecycle product management—from ideation to launch, iteration, and eventual scale-up.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple product lines or modules, with a focus on creating interoperable solutions.
- Experience of managing offshore development partners and teams successfully.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with planning and executing sprints, sprint retrospectives, and maintaining product backlogs to ensure the team delivers maximum value quickly.
- Track record of effectively balancing time to value with stakeholder requirements, resource constraints, and product quality.
- Required experience in a media or digital function, whether within an advertising/marketing agency or on the client side.
- Understanding of campaign management, digital marketing workflows, and the agency-client relationship.
- Skilled at translating business requirements into technical workflows that emphasize modular, extensible design.
- Familiarity with API-first architectures and modern web technologies, ensuring products are ready for seamless integration.
- Exposure to generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-4) is highly advantageous.
- Competent in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, BI platforms) to inform product decisions and measure impact.
- Experience setting and measuring against metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate product ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities to coordinate efforts among business sponsors, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Solid project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple workstreams under tight timelines.

Responsibilities
- Own the architectural roadmap to ensure the products are built for long-term sustainability and flexibility.
- Define and champion best practices around modular design, extensible APIs, and scalable infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the business sponsor to turn high-level business strategy into actionable product roadmaps that support a multi-product suite.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with offshore and vendor teams to optimize the delivery cadence and ensure efficient collaboration.
- Establish clear, measurable objectives for each sprint to maximize time to value, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
- Continuously iterate on and refine the product backlog to maintain momentum, prioritize high-impact features, and adapt to changing business conditions.
- Work closely with the SVP Global productized services to translate strategic goals and capabilities into requirements and day-to-day priorities for UX, design, and development teams.
- Manage and facilitate ongoing communication with the Strategic stakeholders within the global leadership (CTO, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Transformation Officer) to validate requirements and product direction.
- Provide weekly updates on product progress, highlighting key decisions, trade-offs, and successes.
- Develop a clear product roadmap for two core products, ensuring they can be seamlessly expanded into a larger, integrated software solution.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to align timelines, deliverables, and feature sets.
- Develop a release calendar based on the product roadmap, deliver the product to this release calendar.
- Advocate for API-first methodologies to maximize interoperability with other solutions and external platforms.
- Guide UX, design, and development teams to ensure all work adheres to the strategic imperatives of sustainability, modularity, and extensibility.
- Translate product requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria, keeping engineering and design teams focused on high-value deliverables.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle—from discovery and design through iterative development, testing, and release—using Agile best practices.
- Drive user-centric research and usability testing to validate that product features address real-world needs of agencies and clients, with groups within the agency.
- Partner with UI/UX teams to ensure product interfaces are intuitive and easily adoptable for diverse agency and client user groups.
- Develop and execute structured onboarding and training strategies that encourage strong user engagement and retention.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, particularly in terms of extensibility, modular design, and time to value.
- Measure sprint burndown and budget use against product deliverables.
- Use data analysis to identify trends, validate product decisions, and inform iterative enhancements.
- Present product performance insights to leadership, highlighting opportunities for further innovation and optimization.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and challenges that could affect product sustainability, time-to-market, or overall value delivery.
- Ensure product compliance with industry regulations (including data privacy and security standards) and specific contractual obligations are upheld.
