Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 3 years working in Financial Services technology; OR in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Services.
- Experience working with vendor supplied products and services
- Experience working with Service Now as well as working with changes and incident management
- Experience working with supplier contracts.
- Experience working with Agile
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to identify and define strategic initiatives for the Fiserv relationship.
- Knowledgeable about SYF’s relationship with Fiserv and Fiserv services we procure.
- Lead cross functional teams in designing and building solutions with Fiserv.
- Provide Program Management oversight for large strategic initiatives impacting all three towers of the Fiserv relationship.
- Knowledgeable about Agile
- Act as Project Manager for large scale initiatives that involve Fiserv’s infrastructure changes.
- An ability to conceptualize complex ideas quickly and convey them to others in a clear, effective, and motivating manner
- Interact cross functionally within Tech to prioritize initiatives at Fiserv.
- Work in a constantly evolving environment, due to technological advances and the strategic direction of the organization.
- Create technical specifications and standards as needed. Drive innovation and efficiencies in working with Fiserv.
- Work with broader tech teams to ensure their test plans are adequate to ensure safer Fiserv releases.
- Interact cross functionality with the broader team managing the relationship with Fiserv, including tech teams and supplier management teams
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
