Wafer Fab Process Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Science and/or Engineering
3+ years of related experience desired
Strong computer skills required
Proficiency in JMP, SQL, Python beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong analytical capabilities
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Collaborate with Development to successfully transition processes and products into Low Rate Initial Production
Improve process capability/defect reduction/throughput improvement using statistical process control, DOE techniques, data driven decision making and systematic problem solving skills
Apply and lead/support yield improvement, defect reduction, failure and event analysis activities using tools including KT analysis, 8D, AAR, and others
Lead capital equipment acquisition projects including tool specification, evaluation, characterization, process development, and qualification
Implement and maintain good process control practices including SPC, Gauge R&R
Document processes and equipment procedures
Mentor, develop training, and audit engineering and production technicians
