Warehouse Certifier – Lead

Requirements

• Open to a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends
• Basic computer knowledge; ability to send and receive emails
• Warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery
• Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices
• Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders
• Track each load accurately
• Accurately count all pallets
• Count warehouse Inventory and reconcile variances
• Manage SAP Purchased Product processes
• Identify PQI risks and develop action plans with sales teams
• Promote Zero Injury work culture
• Certify individuals on Powered Industrial Truck Operation in our warehouse
• Manage Gate Audits and Checker Compliance
• Coordinate Onboarding and training of warehouse employees
• Track productivity and KPI metrics to maximize efficiency
• Recommend process improvements
• Coordinate with delivery team to ensure loads and assets are properly dispatched
• Other duties as Assigned
• Lighthouse Execution – Observations, Pulse Checks, Leadership and SPARC Walks
