Warehouse Clerk

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years warehouse and/or manufacturing experience
• At least 1 year experience with AS400 and SAP
• Ability to read, write, speak, and translate English/Spanish
• Good mathematical skills; must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Good problem-solving skills; must be detail-oriented
• Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on a regular basis up to 6 days a week

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support of inbound calls and field calls as necessary; communication via email
• Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and process as needed. Translate PS documents to Spanish.
• Maintain various databases including Kronos, Attendance, Non-Conformance, etc.
• Schedule and administer work assignments. Run Miscellaneous AS400 reports, update Excel Spreadsheets, function as a “backup” clerk for Distribution loads, schedule incoming freight, etc.
• Fulfill administrative tasks such as creation of meeting notes, filing paperwork, answering phones, and other tasks as assigned.
• Print labels and create problem tickets.
• Create load sheets and/or ASN’s.
