Requirements
- Ability to be cross trained in all business functions (receiving, shipping, support)
- Candidates must have at least one year of progressive warehouse experience and an excellent attendance record.
- Must possess ability to problem solve and analyze data and information.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to accept responsibility a must.
- Candidates must also show a demonstrated record of superior productivity and quality.
- Dedication to learning lean concepts and applying them in the work environment.
Responsibilities
- Understand Part Types, Part Numbers, and Process Customer PAR Returns
- Participate and facilitate quality error proofing
- Perform inventory moves, replenishments, and consolidations
- Perform various types of cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform basic DVIEW analysis; (report running, query running, stock level inquiry, etc.)
- Participate in team driven facility efficiency & quality projects
- Participate in structured problem solving
