Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive warranty administration preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and vendors in a timely manner
- Review repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with manufacturer policies
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure proper documentation
- Track and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement
- Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranty programs and policies
- Assist in resolving denied claims and discrepancies
- Keep detailed records of all warranty transactions
