Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with focus on Accounting and/or Corporate Finance with 10+ years of work experience
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Tableau, or other similar financial & data software programs
- Effective time management, ability to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and key metric reporting for Morgan Stanley at Work and Wealth Management Canada, collaborating with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead role in analyzing, forecasting, and presenting for Morgan Stanley at Work asset metrics
- Present financial and non-financial results and insights to senior business leaders to help inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain analyses to support financial and non-financial forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning
- Lead quarterly due diligence process, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and risk assessments to support internal and external stakeholder requirements
- Partner with business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and product growth
- Manage and provide mentorship for two to three direct reports
- Exercise leadership and effective management to motivate and develop staff
- Assist or lead key business initiatives, including new product support, acquisitions & divestitures, and data analysis
- Ad hoc analysis and support as required from time to time
