Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer with expertise in .NET technologies
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET and C#
  • Experience with database design and management using SQL Server or other relational databases
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects independently, from initial concept to final deployment

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from start to finish, including gathering requirements, designing architecture, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining web applications
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET (ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, etc.)
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
  • Integrate front-end components with server-side logic
  • Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and RESTful endpoints
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues
  • Work with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) to design, query, and manage data
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in .NET development and web technologies
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus
