Requirements
- Proficient in SAP, Primavera, Microsoft Projects, or similar software
- Fluent with ESRI suite of software, specifically Arc GIS Pro, Survey 123, and Workforce
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required
- Minimum of one year of experience with scheduling and/or planning software
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules and scope
- Interact with project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints
- Incorporate data into the overall plan or schedule
- Present and analyze schedule reports
- Lead Schedule Review Meetings
- Develop periodic reporting formats for field progress data
- Manage Scope Change Management system
- Communicate with vendors and track orders
- Schedule and track sub-contractor work
- Attend and organize partnering meetings
- Collect and analyze data related to project infrastructure using GIS software
