Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in related position
- Experience with ERP systems, highly preferred
- Experience working with a fleet management company, highly preferred (i.e. Element, ARI)
- Knowledge/experience with related fleet operations, preferred (i.e. construction equipment/ trucks, large size road vehicles, tools and other industrial style materials)
Responsibilities
- Maintain companywide fleet inventory across various systems of record; Develop and run operational reports
- Partner with various internal departments (i.e. insurance, legal, projects sites, bidding), for an assortment of documentation requests, fleet information and other company
- Create and manage comparative charts, purchase orders, and any necessary company requirements for payment to vendors through company processing systems
- Daily tracking of new fleet purchases, vendor transactions, registration, and temporary tags
- Successfully engage with fleet management company, including request from all vendors, related to new and pending purchases, billing, approvals, case tracking, accidents and subrogation, maintenance and repairs, toll tags, registration renewal pre-requisites; essentially the day-to-day tasks involving FMC relationship.
- Support and respond to the companywide project requests (i.e. vehicle registrations/titles, fuel card requests, employee fuel pins, and other forms of record/documentation) and all fleet needs at project level
- Monitoring and analyzing fleet data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Corresponds frequently with companywide project managers, including leadership, with regards to all projects fleet and equipment needs, submitted orders, inventory numbers, deliveries, and potential concerns/discrepancies.
- Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures
