Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Two (2) years of Coordinator, Sales, Concierge, Event Planning and / or Hotel Reservations experience
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned operational functions as directed by the Assistant Manager and Manager to achieve the department’s financial goals
- Oversee the delivery and measurement of guest service that is consistent with the company’s core values and brand attributes
- Ensure the ultimate wedding experience for each and every couple
- Supervise wedding coordinators and administrative assistant
- Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction
- Handle wedding party complaints to ensure complete satisfaction by taking proper steps to remedy any problems that may arise in the planning, and coordination of a ceremony
