Westside Ambassador

Must be a rising High School sophomore, junior or senior
Must be 16 – 18 years old to be qualified for this position
Must attend and be currently enrolled in one of the specified High Schools
Must be available for a minimum of 50% of all major events held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium including Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, college football, concerts, etc.
Must enjoy helping others and working within a team environment
Must be willing to perform other duties, functions, special projects and responsibilities as assigned by supervision, including duties that require working outdoors
Proactive in seeking out positive interactions with both guests and coworkers and interested in maintaining those positive relationships
Must enjoy speaking and interacting with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner
Must be available to attend all necessary in-person and virtual training as a prerequisite for employment
Ability to stand, walk or walk up and down stairs throughout an event.

Control vertical transportation throughout Mercedes-Benz Stadium
Support ADA guests throughout the event
Provide access control to exclusive areas in the stadium
Know all floors of the stadium to control access to back of house and team affiliated areas
Work in Seating Bowl aisles, staircase access control points, escalator landings and elevator lobbies
Provide directional information and welcome guests at their sections
Check tickets at the tops of aisles and control access
Answer event-related questions and solve guest challenges
Ensure that all guests have an exceptional experience.
