Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of travel payments, specifically around virtual cards and merchant of record models.
- Strong track record in new business development, particularly within the OTA/TMC vertical across multiple regions.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the B2B Travel Sales Lead to co-develop and implement a growth strategy focused on driving revenue and addressing customer needs.
- Originate new business opportunities within existing key accounts to grow share of wallet.
- Achieve annual volume and revenue goals through strategic sales initiatives and partnership programs.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline across the OTA (Online Travel Agency) and TMC (Travel Management Company) sectors.
- Lead pricing negotiations with clients, ensuring competitive positioning and profitable returns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute contracts, project documentation, and client onboarding.
- Represent the organization at key industry events, including presenting products and thought leadership to raise brand awareness.
- Support meeting preparation and logistics for virtual and in-person partner engagements.
- Create training resources for internal teams, sharing key industry insights, client strategies, objection-handling techniques, and market intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or alongside global payment networks is a plus.
- Familiarity with Mastercard SIP process is advantageous.
