Workday Functional Security Administrator

Requirements

• 3+ years of Workday implementation experience
• 3+ years of Workday security knowledge
• Knowledge of Workday Security (Certified Workday Pro for Security)
• Experience with agile methodology (Jira, Confluence)
• End to end implementation experience
• The ability to analyze sophisticated business challenges, respond independently, and communicate across all levels of the organization
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills; experience in solving problems and documenting issues, gaps, and resolution

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Workday security framework that is efficient and scalable
• Review and assign user access across all Workday domains and security groups
• Assist users with security-related issues, troubleshoot access problems, and guide best practices
• Review security configuration and assignments to ensure compliance with internal security policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities for improving configuration of existing security features and drive ongoing efficiency and continued improvement of core configurations
• Configure system security settings, managing security domains, groups, roles, and policies
